As a Virtual Controller at FNCH Consulting, Mitchell brings over five years of experience working with small and medium-sized businesses. Specializing in the restaurant and retail sectors and tax preparation, he excels in cleaning up historical financial data and streamlining processes for efficient month-end closes.

Mitchell holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting from Montana State University. His professional affiliations include MSCPA, WICPA, and ACIPA.

Known for his ‘client first’ philosophy, Mitchell thrives on becoming an integral part of his clients’ teams. He believes true success is achieved when clients feel he is part of their journey, celebrating their victories as his own. His commitment extends beyond work, having volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, reflecting his dedication to community service.

Outside the office, Mitchell indulges in his passions for vintage computer collection, woodworking, stained glass projects, and reading, bringing a diverse and creative perspective to his professional life.

Known for her dedication as both a wife and mother, she brings a unique perspective to her work, founded with the values of family and commitment.

Elise, a Montana native and MSU graduate, thrives both in the office and amidst the state’s great outdoors. Specializing in construction and professional services at FNCH, she brings a blend of academic grounding and practical experience to her work.

Off the clock, Elise tends to her hobby farm, caring for a variety of animals including chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. With goats soon to join the mix, her love for nurturing life extends beyond her professional pursuits.

In her downtime, Elise enjoys dad jokes, strong coffee, country music, and a hearty steak. These personal passions add a touch of warmth and relatability to her professional demeanor, reflecting her down-to-earth nature and commitment to excellence.
