Make a list of tasks that need to be accomplished and prioritize them in order of importance. This will help you stay organized and focused on what needs to be done first.

  3. Take Breaks: It’s important to take breaks throughout the day to clear your mind and recharge your batteries. Even a short break can help you refocus and increase productivity. Have you tried the Calm app?
  4. Set Boundaries: Set boundaries between work and personal life. Don’t bring work home with you, and make sure to take time for yourself and your loved ones. Lead with your values. I define decision tree utilizing my personal and company values to give potential projects a thumbs up or thumbs down.
