- Take Breaks: It’s important to take breaks throughout the day to clear your mind and recharge your batteries. Even a short break can help you refocus and increase productivity. Have you tried the Calm app?

- Practice Self-Care: Take care of yourself physically and mentally. Get enough sleep, exercise regularly, eat healthy foods, and practice stress-reducing activities such as meditation or yoga.
